Alternative Penalty – For failure to pays his tv licence a young man is to receive a dose of corporal punishment rather than a large financial penalty as it is deemed more effective punishment.  On arrival the female correction administrator explains why he is being punished and how it will be administered.  She then orders hi to strip naked before putting him over her knee for a humiliating spanking.  Worse is to follow when she orders to bend over with his hands on the chair and his bottom presented for further chastisement with a selection of leather straps and paddles which delivers with great delight until she is convinced that he has learnt his lesson.
