Alternative Punishment – An officer has caught another guy speeding who already has nine points on his license and if she books him for the offence he will lose it for the next twelve months.  She gives him another option of corporal punishment which he reluctantly accepts so she calls in the correction officer to administer the punishment.  The correction officer starts off by giving him a humiliating bare bottom spanking before having lay flat on the floor for a good paddling and strapping whilst being held in position.  The punishment is concluded with good tawsing and another strapping whilst bent over with his hands on the seat of the chair and the officer holding him by the balls to stop him squirming around.
