The Complaint – Red has made a complaint about one of her neighbours who has been making rude and obscene comments and indulging in stalking behaviour.  A female officer arrives to deal with the situation and after speaking with Red tells her neighbour that he can either face serious charges or he can submit to a good thrashing from herself and Red.  He reluctantly accepts the later and soon finds himself naked and over the officer’s knee for a humiliating bare bottom spanking.  He is then ordered to lean up against the wall with his already sore bottom presented for further chastisement.  The ladies then take turns to administer a very harsh thrashing with a selection of paddles that soon have him moaning and squirming to the point where they have to hold him by the balls to keep him in place.  The punishment continues until Red is satisfied that he has learnt his lesson.
