I’m The Boss – Erika has to deal with one of her employees who has been taking time off work without asking her for permission whenever she is away for the day on business.  She calls him in to her office and confronts him about his behaviour and tells him he has two choices, either find new employment or accept a dose of corporal punishment.  Reluctantly he chooses the latter as he can’t afford to lose another job and soon finds himself naked and over Erika’s knee for a humiliating spanking. Worse is to follow when she orders him to bend over her desk with his bottom presented for further chastisement with leather paddle and a nasty leather strap before making him kneel on all fours on the desk for another paddling.  Erika finishes off the punishment with a good caning to really drive the lesson home.
