Terms Of The Contract – Clara has a meeting with her young tenant because he is always late with the rent plus, he is always having friends round drinking, smoking and causing damage to the property. When he moved in, he signed a contract that stated that if he broke any reasonable rules, she could use corporal punishment on him and she tells him that she is going to invoke that clause or he can move out. Having little choice, he reluctantly agrees and quickly finds himself naked and over her knee for a humiliating bare bottom spanking.
