Justice Administered – Visiting correction officer Miss Lina has been sent to deal with a guy who has been sentenced to a dose of corporal punishment for failure to pay his fines for various offences in the specified time.  She arrives with a portable bench and various implements to administer justice.  After a lecture she orders him remove his trousers and underpants and to place himself over her knee for a humiliating bare bottom spanking.  After the vigorous hand spanking, she tells him to remove the rest of his clothes and then lay himself over the bench.  She then straps him down to administer a good thrashing with various leather straps and paddles which she does with relish.  The punishment is concluded with a painful caning which has him promising that he will behave himself in the future.
